Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• check_circle Lead AI Integration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand real business problems, assess where AI can create measurable impact, and decide which use cases are worth pursuing.
• check_circle Design & Deploy Agents: Build and productionize complex multi-modal agents with deep systems & tool integration, LLM reasoning, and robust testing/evaluation loops.
• check_circle Own solutions end-to-end: Take full ownership from concept to production, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production performance.
• check_circle Set engineering standards: Contribute to the testing, evals, deployment patterns, agent design, and software engineering practices that the AI team will build on.
• check_circle Provide technical leadership: Lead small, high-impact teams when a use case requires it, mentor more junior engineers, and help raise the technical bar of the team.
• check_circle 5+ years building production software, with at least the last year or two shipping AI / Agentic systems users actually rely on.
• check_circle Strong Python (FastAPI or similar). Code other engineers want to maintain.
• check_circle Real experience with modern agent frameworks, tool and system integration, and LLM evaluation — beyond prompt engineering.
• check_circle A bias for ownership. You've taken something from problem statement to running production system, and stayed accountable for it.
• check_circle Business instinct. You can talk to a stakeholder, dissect a workflow from first principles, and propose a solution that delivers impact.
• check_circle You live AI in your daily work and have informed opinions about it. Claude / Codex / Cursor power user.
• check_circle Excellent English and the communication skills to match.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ElevenLabs, Azure AI, Databricks, or Palantir.
• Front-end chops (TypeScript / React) for building agent UIs and internal tools.
• Cloud / DevOps fluency: containers, CI/CD, logging and metrics.
• C# / .NET for integrating with parts of our existing stack.
