Responsibilities
- check_circle Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Generative AI solutions in production environments
- check_circle Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into impactful AI-driven solutions
- check_circle Develop reusable GenAI components and contribute to the adoption of AI capabilities across multiple business domains
- check_circle Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and fellow data scientists to deliver high-quality and responsible AI applications
- check_circle Contribute to MLOps, LLMOps, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role with strong Python development skills
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI applications, and model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong engineering capabilities including Git, CI/CD, APIs, cloud platforms, containerisation, ETL processes, and database technologies
- Experience working with MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, and cloud-based production environments such as Azure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders while coaching and sharing knowledge with others
