Responsibilities
- check_circle Integrate Azure OpenAI / LLM technologies into products
- check_circle Build AI agents, RAG systems, and chatbots
- check_circle Work with Document Intelligence solutions
- check_circle Prototype and deliver AI features into production
Basic qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of solid commercial experience in software development, with a strong Python backend focus
- Advanced Python skills - production experience with FastAPI (or equivalent), Pydantic, and async patterns
- Hands-on experience with LLM technologies, including OpenAI and/or Azure OpenAI
- Practical experience with prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations
- Fluent English (spoken and written—remote-first working environment)
