Senior AI Engineer
Role overview
In this role as an AI Engineer at ClearRoute, you will be working in a client AI platform team which is building reusable foundations to accelerate the adoption of AI (ML & agentic) across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions, working closely with product and client teams to bring use cases into production.
Responsibilities
- check_circle Prototype and iterate on AI use cases rapidly
- check_circle Develop and implement agentic workflows Integrate LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines into scalable solutions
- check_circle Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to refine requirements
- check_circle Ensure model performance, reliability, and monitoring
- check_circle Contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOps
Basic qualifications
- Strong Python with agent frameworks
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and APIs
- Experience deploying models in production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ GCP)
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Exposure to MLOps tooling (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. utilities, energy)
