Responsibilities
- check_circle ✨ Develop AI & Generative AI services
- check_circle Build Multi-Agent AI systems using modern LLM frameworks
- check_circle Design scalable backend services in Python
- check_circle Containerize and deploy using Docker & Kubernetes
- check_circle Build CI/CD + MLOps pipelines for automated AI delivery
- check_circle Create data pipelines & model deployment workflows
- check_circle Ensure systems are secure, observable, and production-ready
- check_circle Collaborate with AI Product Owners, Data Scientists & Architects
- check_circle Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards
Basic qualifications
- Strong Python (or Java) development skills
- Backend frameworks: FastAPI / Flask / Django
- Docker + Kubernetes experience
- Microservices architecture understanding
- CI/CD & MLOps exposure
- Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / Databricks)
- APIs, ETL pipelines, and data workflows
- Distributed systems / Big Data basics
- Agile mindset (Scrum / SAFe)
- Fluent English + proactive attitude
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Multi-Agent AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Hands-on LLM application development
- AI agent orchestration or autonomous workflows
- SAP AI Core / SAP BTP
- MLFlow, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
