Senior AI Engineer
Responsibilities

- check_circle Create comprehensive guides, templates, and resources for prompt engineering

- check_circle Provide hands-on technical support to business users implementing AI solutions
- check_circle Conduct training sessions on AI tools and prompt best practices
- check_circle Help integrate AI tools into business workflows and processes
- check_circle Document and share technical learnings and case studies across the organization
- check_circle Stay current with AI platforms, tools, and emerging capabilities

- check_circle Mentor junior technical staff on AI implementation

Basic qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, and/or LLM technologies
- Advanced expertise in prompt engineering and AI tool utilization
- Deep technical knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Strong ability to break down complex AI concepts into practical guidance
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical business users
- Experience in technical training and mentoring
- Hands-on experience with multiple AI platforms and tools
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Certification in AI/ML or related technical areas
- Experience with AI model fine-tuning and customization
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
