Responsibilities
- check_circle Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments.
- check_circle Develop applications powered by large language models (LLMs) using modern AI frameworks.
- check_circle Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
- check_circle Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- check_circle Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- check_circle Develop scalable backend services to support AI applications.
- check_circle Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven features.
- check_circle Implement prompt engineering techniques and optimize AI workflows.
- check_circle Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- check_circle Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning or generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience deploying AI applications in production.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with data engineering or ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and model monitoring.
- Experience building AI chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agents.
