Responsibilities
- check_circle Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models, prompts, and inference pipelines.
- check_circle Design scalable AI solutions for text, code, image, or multimodal generation.
- check_circle Evaluate model quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- check_circle Collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to integrate AI capabilities.
- check_circle Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Basic qualifications
- Strong software engineering background, preferably with Python.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, including LLM-powered features, embeddings, RAG systems, and AI agents.
- Experience working with modern LLMs and AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock).
- Experience with GenAI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases (e.g., pgvector), or similar technologies.
- Strong software design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or content generation applications.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS or other cloud platforms.
