AI Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform Copilot Studio)
Role overview
We're looking for a Microsoft Power Platform / AI Engineer to join a large-scale AI transformation program for a global project.
You'll become part of a newly established AI Factory responsible for delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions that transform business processes across the organization. Using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, you'll build AI agents and low-code solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, applying prompt engineering to deliver production-ready AI use cases.
This is a 5-month engagement with a strong possibility of extension, supporting a long-term enterprise transformation program.
Responsibilities
- check_circle Build AI agents and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- check_circle Develop production-ready low-code solutions based on business requirements
- check_circle Configure prompts, agent behavior and orchestration logic
- check_circle Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers and QA Engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle
- check_circle Support unit and integration testing before production release
- check_circle Prepare technical documentation and hand over solutions to support teams
- check_circle Continuously improve reusable components for future AI use cases
Basic qualifications
- Commercial experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Copilot Studio or another enterprise low-code / AI platform
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent configuration
- Strong debugging and testing skills
- Experience working in Agile, pod-based or squad-based delivery teams
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and handover material
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI governance or responsible AI practices
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and data sources
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience working on enterprise AI or digital transformation programs
