We are seeking a passionate and skilled NLP Developer to join our dynamic Conversational AI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge virtual assistants and chatbots using the latest AI technologies. You will be at the forefront of innovation, creating seamless and engaging conversational experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated virtual assistants and chatbots using leading AI platforms.
  • Implement robust natural language processing (NLP) models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management to ensure accurate and human-like conversations.
  • Leverage NLP Tools for intent development and creating intelligent bot interactions.
  • Build and maintain agentic bots capable of understanding and responding to user needs proactively.
  • Integrate bots seamlessly with backend systems via APIs, connecting them to live chat platforms and other communication channels.
  • Design and implement secure data storage and retrieval mechanisms for user data, leveraging databases like MongoDB, SQL, or other NoSQL solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive error handling and fallback systems to ensure a smooth user experience, including intelligent handoff to human agents when necessary.
  • Adhere to user data privacy best practices, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Create bots equipped with features such as FAQ automation, engaging small talk capabilities, rich content rendering, account troubleshooting, and seamless live agent handover.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, exploring and integrating the latest GenAI platforms like Gemini and GPT for seamless integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on building AI-powered applications.
  • Hands-on experience in developing virtual assistants and chatbots using AI platforms and microservices, including Kore.AI.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, demonstrating strong programming fundamentals.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in NLP concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with API integrations, connecting bots to various backend systems and platforms.
  • Familiarity with database management and data security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or participation in AI/NLP communities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
