Position Overview:
We are seeking a Leadership & AI Prompt Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will develop and optimize AI models focused on enhancing our meal prep offerings and customer interactions. Your expertise will help drive strategic initiatives that align with our mission of promoting health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI models using tools like Fathom for note-taking and Zapier for automating administrative tasks, ensuring streamlined operations.
Utilize Gumloop to create visual representations of processes and workflows, particularly for financial automation and lead routing.
Implement solutions using ChatGPT to develop a deep research intake form, enhancing our hiring process based on interview notes.
Integrate Revio as a chat hub on our website to assist customers with meal inquiries and manage lead scoring.
Use Chat Aid to handle employee inquiries about policies, allowing for quick responses and efficient communication.
Leverage Gamma to present business ideas in a slide format for capital raising and client engagement.
Monitor business health and improve revenue metrics using Precision, ensuring we stay on top of our marketing efforts.
Manage leads using Atlas, facilitating quick follow-ups and improving the lead conversion process.
Employ n8n for deep automation across multiple apps, enhancing technical analysis and reputation management.
Explore ideas with Lovable to develop functional software solutions that address team challenges.
Stay updated with tools like Google AI Studio (Gemini 2.0) to drive innovation in our offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience working with the software listed above, demonstrating familiarity with automation, data analysis, and workflow management.
A passion for health and fitness, reflecting our commitment to empowering customers through nutritious meal options.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
A hands-on approach to supporting kitchen and storefront operations while also handling computer work.
