About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist focused on Conversational AI to design and optimize intelligent, scalable chatbot systems. You’ll work across data science, engineering, and product teams to build high-quality AI experiences, applying your expertise in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and conversation design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design multi-turn AI conversation flows and modular chatbot logic
  • Manage dialogue state, intent recognition, and entity extraction
  • Integrate LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA into production systems
  • Collaborate with engineers to connect bots to APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems
  • Optimize conversation quality through testing, analytics, and iterative improvements
  • Document conversation logic and decision workflows for scalability
  • Partner with product teams to align conversational UX with business goals

Skills & Experience:

  • Conversational AI and LLM-based systems expertise
  • Prompt engineering and ML techniques for dialogue management
  • Frameworks like LangChain, Rasa, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex
  • Strong collaboration and system thinking skills
  • Bonus: voice-enabled AI, vector databases/RAG, knowledge graphs, healthcare experience
