Responsibilities
- check_circle Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on Generative AI and Data Analytics, with a focus on Large Language Models (architecture, models, representation, evaluation, optimizations, planning, among others), and other emerging approaches.
- check_circle AI Data and Agent Development: Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art LLM models and Agents that meet the highest quality standards.
- check_circle Team Leadership: technical leadership and mentor junior scientists.
- check_circle Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into various applications and products.
- check_circle Innovation: Identify new opportunities for Generative AI and Data Analytics and explore emerging technologies for Unstructured and Structured Data.
- check_circle Stay Updated: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in this space.
Basic qualifications
- PhD, or Master's degree and 2+ years relevant experience in Computer Science (focused on LLM, Agent, Analytics) or related fields;
- Strong publication record, including as a lead author, in top-tier journals or AI/LLM/Analytics conferences.
- Extensive experience in NLP, LLM, VLM, Retrieval, Enrichment and Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading research and development projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
