Responsibilities

check_circle Architect and lead enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and LLM technologies.
check_circle Design and optimize advanced RAG pipelines, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
check_circle Build autonomous AI agents with reasoning, planning, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration capabilities.
check_circle Develop production-grade conversational AI and Voice AI solutions with STT, TTS, VAD, and real-time streaming.
check_circle Lead LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, inference optimization, and model deployment.
check_circle Design scalable AI infrastructure using cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed GPU environments.
check_circle Establish AI governance, evaluation frameworks, observability, security, and Responsible AI practices.
check_circle Mentor senior AI engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.

Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Mandatory).
15–20+ years of software engineering experience.
10–12+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
7–8+ years working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and enterprise AI applications.
Extensive experience designing Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions.
Expert-level Python programming skills.
Strong experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and enterprise AI architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
