Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level / Senior)

We are looking for talented Machine Learning Engineers at both Mid-Level and Senior levels to join our growing AI and Data team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve complex business challenges. You’ll work on developing secure, scalable, and production-ready AI systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform research and innovative concepts into real-world applications.

Depending on your level of experience, you’ll take ownership of technical initiatives, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor colleagues, and help shape engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain machine learning and AI applications.
• Build and deploy scalable ML services, data processing pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and AI-powered applications.
• Translate research concepts and prototypes into reliable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Develop AI systems that meet privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate machine learning solutions into existing platforms, infrastructure, and business workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical, data, and deployment issues across the ML lifecycle.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, internal tooling, and MLOps processes.
• Communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and software engineering, applying new technologies where appropriate.
• Senior Engineers: Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, contribute to solution architecture, and drive engineering excellence across projects.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Senior: 5+ years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated ownership of production AI/ML systems.
• Strong Python development skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production or near-production environments.
• Experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern MLOps practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized application deployment.
• Experience across the complete ML lifecycle, from experimentation and prototyping to production deployment.
• Experience building data pipelines, APIs, or AI-enabled applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in privacy-focused, secure, or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Experience delivering AI solutions within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or the public sector.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, research organizations, or academic institutions.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, or inference-time privacy techniques.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar developer productivity tools.
