We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing, data-driven team focused on building scalable ML platforms and solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to accelerate model development, deployment, and performance analysis. You will design internal tools and frameworks to improve efficiency, maintain high-quality code and data, and integrate cutting-edge ML technologies into production systems. - Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain internal tools and services to accelerate ML model development and deployment.
- Build frameworks to monitor, measure, and improve model performance and accuracy in production environments.
- Lead technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with team goals and organizational priorities.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices for code and data quality.
- Stay up to date with emerging ML technologies and trends, iteratively integrating them into the platform.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to design, optimize, and deploy end-to-end ML solutions.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.
- Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with ML model lifecycle management, including training, optimization, and serving, in cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Flink, Databricks, Snowflake, or S3.
- Strong familiarity with ML platforms such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, or equivalent.
- Experience building recommendation systems or predictive models.
- Highly focused on delivering impactful results in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Bonus: strong interest in sports or prior experience in the sports betting or fantasy sports industry.
