The Role
We are looking for a Data & AI Engineer to join our R&D team. You will work at the intersection of data science, software engineering, and AI innovation, helping both product development and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize AI algorithms embedded in our products
- Design AI tools and intelligent agents for internal teams
- Structure, process, and extract value from complex datasets
- Explore and implement emerging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation
- Support and train colleagues on AI tools, workflows, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years experience in data science, applied AI, or ML-focused software engineering
- Proficient in Python and/or C#
- Strong foundation in ML: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, random forests, modern models
- Knowledge of statistics, signal/image processing, and data pipelines
- Experience with AI tools, frameworks, APIs, and large language models (LLMs)
- Professional English required
- Curious, pragmatic, proactive, and collaborative
