Role overview

Responsibilities

• check_circle Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models.
• check_circle Build AI applications using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
• check_circle Design AI chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• check_circle Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• check_circle Integrate AI solutions with APIs, CRM, ERP, and business applications.
• check_circle Optimize prompts and AI model performance.
• check_circle Work with Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• check_circle Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI solution performance.
• check_circle Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• check_circle Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional AI certification (Microsoft, Google, AWS, IBM, NVIDIA, OpenAI, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Experience with Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise AI assistants.
• Knowledge of OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI.
• Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or HR systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and REST APIs.
