AI Engineer

Basic qualifications

• Degree: AI Master degree or PhD degree.
• AI Curiosity: Familiarity with LLMs (like GPT-4 or Gemini) and an understanding of how to structure prompts for effective AI agent behavior.
• Development: Programming Experience.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Comfort working within Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) at a developer level.

Preferred qualifications

• Tech-Savvy & Tool-Agnostic: You’re comfortable navigating the Google/Microsoft dev environments and love playing with the latest AI frameworks.
• Eager to Learn: You have a "sponge" mindset. If there’s a new API or a better way to prompt a model, you’re already reading the documentation.
• A Self-Starter: We value the "try it yourself" spirit. You aren't afraid to break things, iterate, and troubleshoot your way to a solution before asking for the manual.
