  • 10+ years of experience with hands on experience in architecting and implementing at least 2 of the following Salesforce clouds – Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud and
  • in recent 2-3 years experience in Architecting and implementing Einstein AI features within Salesforce ecosystem, specific to any of the 2 above Salesforce offerings
  • Handson knowledge in AI/ Gen AI and related techstack like LLMs, RAG etc.

Technical Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, with a solid understanding of AI applications within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • This position requires a collaborative individual who can design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions while leveraging AI to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Candidates interested in this opportunity should demonstrate a passion for Salesforce technologies and a commitment to leveraging AI to drive business success
  • 5-7 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration
  • Hands on Experience in AI/ML solutions like Einstein and its features specific to Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Even if they don’t know all these clouds Sales and Service Cloud related Einstein AI implementation is enough.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, and technical advisory.
  • Understanding and ability to articulate the relationship between Data and Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience developing roadmaps and provide strategic guidance to clients to ensure alignment between business objectives and solutions.

Non Technical Skills:

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
