Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Core Software Engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming using Python , with expert-level software development and design skills
  • Strong experience building production-grade, API-driven applications using FastAPI and API Gateway integrations

GenAI & LLM Engineering

  • Deep hands-on experience across the GenAI lifecycle , including:
  • RAG pipelines : document ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking, and summarization
  • Use-case-driven RAG implementations across multiple domains
  • Strong understanding of Agentic architectures , enabling orchestration, tool usage, and multi-step reasoning
  • Expertise in prompt engineering , including:
  • Prompt optimization
  • Hallucination mitigation
  • Grounding and context management
