Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered chatbots and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Own the full solution lifecycle including prompt engineering, topic configuration, flow design, testing, and deployment
  • Build and manage Power Automate flows to support AI-driven business logic and data processing
  • Integrate AI solutions with structured and unstructured enterprise data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns
  • Connect solutions to Azure OpenAI and enterprise systems via REST APIs
  • Write light Python or PowerShell scripts for automation, data preparation, and testing
  • Continuously refine prompt logic and system instructions to improve accuracy, safety, and performance
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in client-facing working sessions and solution reviews
  • Partner with senior architects on complex integrations and design decisions

Basic qualifications

  • Must be a resident of Southern California
  • 2–3+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Proven experience building GenAI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar GenAI orchestration tools
  • Working knowledge of Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or Storage
  • Ability to write and debug basic Python or PowerShell code
  • Experience with API integrations and enterprise data sources
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in client-facing environments
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Python-based AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured enterprise data
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400
  • Prior experience in consulting or professional services environments
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-grade GenAI implementations using modern AI patterns
  • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI

  • Contract Details: $60–$63/hour, 6-month W2 contract
