Role Overview :
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing AI models that power our product offerings. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to build intelligent systems that enhance user experience and improve mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
Data Processing : Pre-process and clean data to prepare it for model training.
Model Evaluation : Evaluate model performance using metrics such as precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy.
Algorithm Optimization : Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
API Integration : Develop APIs to integrate machine learning models into the product's backend architecture.
Collaboration : Work closely with backend and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of AI components.
Documentation : Create detailed technical documentation of models, data pipelines, and APIs.
Research & Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and recommend innovative solutions.
Continuous Improvement : Tune models based on user feedback and new data to improve performance over time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in AI/ML development, with experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
