What You’ll Do
- Design, train, and optimize transformer-based models for text classification, summarization, and generation
- Build efficient pipelines for data preprocessing, tokenization, and feature extraction
- Experiment with models like BERT, GPT, and beyond to push performance boundaries
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to scale NLP systems that deliver real impact
- Stay on the pulse of new research and bring fresh ideas into production
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with a focus on NLP or LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP workflows
- Proficiency in Python and tools like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- A curious, problem-solving mindset and a love for continuous learning
