Job Title: Data Scientist

Job duration: 40 Hours/Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts/product owners and project managers to understand

overall project vision, mission, scope, and design deliverables. Participate in all data solutions and

data features requirements gathering, analysis and design discussions with product owners, project

manager, team lead and an architect. Implement user centered design process by collaboratively

working with business, product owners, project managers, designers, UI tech and back-end

engineers and creating meaningful Data Science product strategy and design solutions for end-users.

Conduct design workshops with business expert SME's, stakeholders, end users, marketing, and sales

teams to deliver better Data solutions. Craft, pitch, and validate long-term data strategies by

collaborating with both SME’s and clients. Design and implement data architectures. Create data

visualizations using Tableau, Power BI and python and apply machine learning frameworks to large

datasets. Lead and manage AI/ML projects from start to finish, including designing and implementing

architectures and working with distributed computing systems and cloud platforms. Understand large and

complex datasets and the latest trends in data science and big data technologies. Conduct usability lab

testing with business end users and collect early feedback from them to do final required iteration. Create

comprehensive design prototypes by applying actual content and real user data by using NLP and data

extraction techniques in python for unstructured data. Prepare Low Level Design, Module Level Design

with Flow Charts, Sequence Diagrams and Technical documentation for the software components design.

Document business requirements and translate to technical requirements. Follow best practices,

guidelines, usability/accessibility testing practices and ensure data solutions follow specifications,

standards to ensure delivery is done as per guidelines. Support continuous improvement by

investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for technical and feasibility review.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide optimal solutions related to ongoing

development using agile methodology. Supporting the effort to continuously mature experiment

capabilities and scaling up the AI/ Data Science infrastructure. Communicating findings to diverse

technical and non-technical stakeholders with differing perspectives and needs. Leveraging cloud

technologies to deploy and integrate Models into operational applications. Establish supporting

infrastructure like implementing MLOps practices and Feature engineering pipelines (APIs) to enable

seamless model deployment, testing and monitoring.

Job Requirement: Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Applied Data

Science, Engineering (Any), Computer Science, IT or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job

offered, Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Analyst, Software Engineer, IT Analyst, or related.

Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
