Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Level 3–4 GenAI / Conversational AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow and Generative AI technologies.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in dialog workflow design, natural language processing (NLP), and GenAI-driven conversational systems, with experience building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on cloud platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful GenAI initiatives that enhance customer and business interactions across multiple channels.

Duties**
- Design, develop, and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 conversational workflows using Google Dialogflow (CX/ES)
- Translate business and functional requirements into structured intents, entities, parameters, and multi-turn dialog flows
- Implement advanced dialog logic including slot filling, conditional branching, fallback handling, and error recovery
- Integrate Generative AI models into dialog workflows using GenAI ADK or similar frameworks
- Design hybrid conversational solutions combining deterministic workflows with generative responses
- Develop and manage API and webhook integrations with backend systems
- Architect enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions with scalable session management and state handling
- Analyze conversation logs and performance metrics to continuously improve NLP accuracy and user experience
- Support omnichannel and multilingual conversational deployments where applicable
- Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end conversational solutions
- Document dialog workflows, technical designs, and operational processes
- Provide ongoing support, tuning, and optimization of deployed conversational AI systems
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a Level 3–4 Conversational AI or GenAI Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow (CX or ES)
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts, conversational UX, and dialog management
- Experience integrating LLMs or Generative AI models into conversational systems
- Familiarity with GenAI ADK or comparable GenAI development frameworks (preferred)
- Proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs and webhook integrations
- Experience deploying and managing conversational solutions in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
